In her early teens, due to a painful health crisis, Dr. Nadler began a diligent and fascinating journey of educating herself about natural healing because she recognized the importance in using alternative holistic methods for obtaining health and wellness without the need for drugs and surgery. She knew that all people have a natural healer within and she understood that if a person cuts themselves, the ‘inner healer’ knows how to make new healthy skin and this occurs automatically without outside intervention. For proper healing to result, in most cases the main requirement is to have free flowing communication from brain cells to get the message to body cells as to how to create perfect new cells. Dr. Nadler also studied nutrition and the research affirming the importance that we consider what we put into our bodies because it becomes the ‘raw materials’ for building blocks of new cells. What was most revolutionary in her studies was learning about ‘psychoneuroimmunology’ and the abundance of information and science recognizing that there is an undisputed mind and body connection. Dr. Denise Nadler focused her research on the implication of this relationship to our health and wellness. In her own life she responded extremely well to Chiropractic and natural health care methods and lived a drug-free life and she was determined to help others do the same.

Prior to entering Chiropractic College, Dr. Nadler had already spent considerable time learning some of the most revolutionary healing techniques available around the world-- from the Kahuna’s of Hawaii, to Native American Shamanism, to visualization and hypnosis in altered states of consciousness, to sound healing, to energy healing, to vibrational healing and more.

Upon entering Chiropractic College her focus was on the myriad of available research and science that has linked thoughts, beliefs and emotions to health, healing and wellness. Dr. Denise Ariahna Nadler quickly became an expert in the triad of health, which includes the physical body, the biochemistry of the body and the emotional ‘body’. She studied and mastered many tools and techniques so she could offer her patients the best available methods to elicit sustainable life transformation.

Her studies and her certifications include Total Body Modification, Neuro-Emotional Technique Environmental Stress Management, Contact Reflex Analysis, Applied Kinesiology, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, The Re-Connection, Matrix Eneregetics, the Quantum Collapse Process and others. Within her first year of graduation from Chiropractic College she was already a featured speaker at professional conferences internationally.

Presently, Dr. Denise Ariahna Nadler continues to teach her colleagues as well as the public about the revolutionary science, art and philosophy of whole body health and wellness as she maintains a busy referral based practice in Darien, Connecticut.
